Week 2: Needs synthesis and the beginning of validation

At this part we were asked to decide on 3 leading needs which came across in the interviews, then to interview more people regarding these specific needs. We decided to interview people on the subject of motorcycles as well as bicycles and scooters to get more information from fields seem relevant to us.

After analyzing data collected from the interviews we came to very interesting conclusions. We discovered that transportation via scooters bycicles and motors requires so much focus, and riders are so afraid for their life, that the act of texting or dealing with your phone is out of the equation. Riders are listening to music or speak to others using headphones. Riders also propose that the major problem with transporting via scooters’ bikes or motors is city’s infrastructures. For that reason we decided to focus on car drivers distractions and master this field. To do so we proceeded to interviewing private car owners and drivers and came to many more understandings and findings! We will reveal more details on our next blog!
