UX research -
Hello everyone!
We are a group of psychology, Communication and Computer Science students aiming to build a startup in the field of transportation. With recent innovation in transportation solutions, we were asked this year how can future transportation-related interfaces enhance human-human interaction? Solutions can include conceptual experiences or practical services.
As explained to us, the lab process going to be generally defined as having 4 topics: Need (identification & validation), Product ideation (innovation & validation), Production (design & manufacturing), User testing & Launch (further research & demo).
At this point we need to establish our need (identify and validate).
First our mentors sent us to interview people that are connected to the brief, It could have been driver\transporter\city\etc, and try to focus on a certain subject of transportation.
We want to learn and develop in this new field and hope it will be a fascinating year. We did not know each other before and we all come from very different directions, so we hope that this year's process will be fascinating in this aspect as well.
