According to this week’s task, and our interest on researching the user experience among Mobileye users, we interviewed few random users face to face and used Google Forms to create a survey (attached below) which was shared around different Whatsapp groups.
The results were unequivocal about the irritating sound that sometimes makes them turn off the system, but also about that every user had at least one time that he was saved by the Mobileye system. In general, those who have the system are satisfied and feels great confidence on the road, also when we asked if there was a feeling that the device was taking control, the majority said no. when we asked whether they would like the system to also warn about distractions inside the vehicle The answers were 50:50. after receiving these results we thought that if we were to tell people 10 years ago if they were interested in a mobileye kind of device, the answer would probably be "no".like any new technology - because of our adaptive nature our first reaction is fear of something new, but in the end we adapt. Therefore, we were not concerned about these results.
Some reported about false and unnecessary warnings from the system which made them feel frustration and anger about the system.
We used our regular Thursday meeting to discuss the results, and we found ourselves with lots and lots of new information. Those feelings led us to new ideas and other directions of thought.

We all agreed that to reach this main idea we should interview and share our results with people that are part of the industry itself.
